Children of PNP members who died or permanently incapacitated while in the performance of a legitimate police operation, or through their legal guardians, may avail of the NAPOLCOM scholarship program.

Scholarship application shall be filed at the NAPOLCOM Regional Office through its Financial Claims Examiner.

For new applicants, an application letter shall be submitted together with the following documents:

  1. Authenticated copy of the Adjudication;
  2. Birth Certificate issued or authenticated by the Philippine Statistics Authority;
  3. Certificate of Good Moral Character from two reputable sources;
  4. Report of Rating / Report Card;
  5. Transcript of record (for college applicants);
  6. School assessment or statement of account for the school year or semester applied for;
  7. Official receipts for payments made; and
  8. Course curriculum (for college applicants)

For those seeking for renewal, an application letter for renewal shall be submitted together with the following documents:

  1. Proof of initial payment;
  2. Report of rating / report card;
  3. Transcript of record (for college applicants); and
  4. School assessment or statement of account for the school year or semester applied for

No fees shall be collected for this service.
